Ordering & payment
Which currencies do you accept?
USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, NZD, and CAD. Your local currency is selected automatically based on your location, and you can switch in the country selector at the top of the site. Customers in non-listed countries see prices in our USD fallback currency. Your card is charged in the currency you see at checkout.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Express checkout options appear automatically based on the device and browser.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify Payments with PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance and SSL encryption end-to-end. We never see or store your full card details.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Within the first hour, yes — email us at support@warmshelf.com with your order number and we’ll make the change if the order hasn’t dispatched yet. After dispatch, address changes are no longer possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the order hasn’t dispatched. Once it’s on its way, you can return it under our Refund Policy.
Shipping & delivery
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Our primary markets with dedicated local-currency pricing are the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Customers in other countries can still order — checkout will display prices in our USD fallback currency.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and most arrive within 1–9 business days from dispatch. Times are estimates and can vary by destination and carrier route.
Do you charge for shipping?
Standard shipping is included on every order, no minimum spend.
Will I have to pay customs or duties?
Most orders to our supported countries clear without additional fees, but some may be subject to import duties or VAT depending on the value and destination. Any such charges are the recipient’s responsibility. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you’ll receive a tracking link by email when the parcel leaves the fulfilment partner. It can take 1–3 business days for the first tracking event to appear.
What if my order is delayed or doesn’t arrive?
If your estimated window has clearly passed, email us at support@warmshelf.com with your order number. We’ll open a carrier trace and follow up until it’s resolved.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. See the full Refund Policy for return shipping instructions and refund timing.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive the returned item, we inspect it within 3 business days and process your refund within 10 business days. Your bank may then take an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit to your account.
What if the item arrives damaged?
Email support@warmshelf.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
Products & materials
Are the dimensions accurate?
Yes — each product lists size and shipping weight under “Dimensions & weight.” All sizes appear in both metric and imperial units (cm and inch, kg and lb). Ceramic, paper-shade, and glass pieces may have minor natural variation between units; we consider that part of their character.
What materials do you use?
It varies by product — washi rice paper, solid oak and walnut, travertine, cast iron, anodized aluminum, glass, ceramic, brushed brass and powder-coated steel are the most common. The exact materials for each piece are listed under “Materials & craftsmanship” on its product page.
Are the lamps dimmable?
Most are. Each lamp’s product page lists exactly which control methods it supports (touch dimming, remote, foot switch, app, etc.). For E27/E14 socket lamps, dimming depends on the bulb you choose.
What plug type will my lamp have?
Lamps that ship with a fixed plug let you select EU / UK / AU / US at checkout. Lamps with universal E27 or E14 sockets accept whatever bulb you already have.
Do you include light bulbs?
Lamps with integrated LEDs come ready to plug in. Lamps with E27/E14 sockets ship without a bulb so you can pick the wattage and color temperature you prefer.
Will my mirror or wall clock fit a standard wall?
Yes — every wall piece includes mounting hardware suited to drywall or studs. Heavy pieces (Roman numeral clock, stainless steel clock, travertine sconce) ship with anchors rated for the piece’s weight.
Account & privacy
Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout is available. Creating an account is optional but speeds up future orders and lets you track your order history.
How do I update my marketing preferences?
Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or email support@warmshelf.com with your preferences.
How do you use my data?
Only to process your order, fulfil shipping, and (if you opt in) send marketing emails. We never sell your data. Full details in our Privacy Policy. Our data controller is Bunny Honey Club SRL, Strada Petricani 4, 023842 Bucharest, Romania.
